Yeah! You're right. It's a first case I've ever heard in Russia. I was very surprised. It's a beautiful story when her parents have reached it's decision about name Anna-Maria. Anna is the name of her grandma, Maria is the name of her great-grandma. And I have to note that it should be very difficult make this kind of name in the USSR (yes, it was still the one, half year to collapse). They got a lot of problem with any "paper" like birth-certificate for example. It was very irregular situation for the SU.
