The black-and-white photo gained public attention after the recent announcement that it will be auctioned by Christie's[wiki] in New York next month, in conjunction with Carla Bruni's present status of the First Lady of France.

On a separate note, both ABC and FOX, as well as -- I'm sure -- the rest of American media*, censored the aforementioned picture, which is by no means surprising, what I find interesting is that FOX chose to use the images of French flag for this purpose.(*) I stand corrected, Bloomberg News published the uncensored pucture [via]

In these fairly recent pics Elle Macpherson is sunbathing topless with her family. It's not like we haven't seen Elle topless before, after all she once said: "I come from a country where you don't wear clothes most of the year. Nudity is the most natural state. I was born nude and I hope to be buried nude." But she is one of my favorite models and I kinda felt obliged to make this post, and once again point out how great she looks at the age of 41.
