в какой-то момент все эти social штуки должны
объединиться. все вообще instagrammы, twitterы,
facebookи там и так далее, snapchatы. разницы
между ними нет никакой. lj по идее должен только
на это и надеяться, что кто-то его даже не купит,
а просто согласится на кросспостинг или как-то
иначе незаметно ассимилирует. наверняка давно
уже предложен common interface какой-нибудь и даже
скорее всего не один

Кросспостинг из жж в фейсбук, твиттер, вконтактик и, кажется, тумблер уже существует. В обратную сторону это, насколько я понимаю, не работает.
