Shalom Harlow: Purple Fashion W/2008

Shalom Harlow in Christian Dior haute couture Fall/Winter 1997 show (designer: John Galliano) dressed and styled à la Ancient Greek - not a respectable matrona, but rather someone like Thaïs of Athens, the famous hetaera; or maybe it's not Thais but Salomé, whom Shalom is portraying.
From the looks of it, Shalom appear to be quite comfortable wearing this kind outfit, which by the way is quite expectable - asked by Cindy Crawford on MTV's House of Style if she had ever posed nude, she replied: "Oh, yeah...I feel more comfortable with my clothes off than on!"

Shalom Harlow portrays Snow White in somewhat slutty, I have to say, interpretation of a famous fairy tail in the pictures from the book X-RAY by François Nars - makeup artist turned photographer, which appeared in September-October/1997 issue of Jane magazine. Shalom Harlow in Christian Dior haute couture Fall/Winter 1997 show (designer: John Galliano) dressed and styled à la Ancient Greek - not a respectable matrona, but rather someone like Thaïs of Athens, the famous hetaera; or maybe it's not Thais but Salomé, whom Shalom is portraying - who knows, she is Jewish after all.

THEO FENNELL ad created by British artist Jonathan Yeo (the lady in the picture is his girlfriend, society columnist Shebah Ronay) can be described as porno-chic. Published in UK Vanity Fair Nov/2002. It's a rare ad even by European standards, a full frontal nude looking very natural, no b/w and no crossed legs, no crude lighting and no shaved genitals. The model shows a small belly, and clear bikini lines, somehow contributing to the full nudity effect. To top this, another female model, nude as well, is seen in a lesbian-inspired gesture.
